As Your Prospective Property Manager, We Will:

  • Give you information on the properties in the area that meet your criteria.
  • Show you local properties that interest you 
  • Make sure the rental rate and security deposit is fair for the home of your choosing and your personal situation 
  • Answer any questions you may have about a prospective rental

 As Your Property Manager, We Will:

  • Collect a complete application package and verify information to be accurate
  • Coordinate a move-in date
  • Ensure that your chosen property is safe and in good repair
  • Verify Move-In and Move-Out Condition
  • Complete annual walk throughs to verify ongoing condition and proactively catch any needed repairs or needed maintenance

Costs to Expect:

  • First Month's Rent - may be prorated depending upon move-in date
  • Security Deposit - Varies for each property and tenant's overall application strength
  • Last Month's Rent - Generally this is not collected, however it is sometimes used to offset negative issues in an application package

Application Package:

A completed application package will consist of a completed application for each adult who will be occupying the property and/or co-signing on the lease and a full credit report on each.  Documentation to verify income and assets (ie: paystubs etc.) and full references.  If we are completing your credit report and background check, the appropriate fees must be included with your application.  Additional documentation may be requested upon review of an application package.  Application fees are non-refundable.
